So Light painting, painting with light, light drawing, or light art performance photography are terms that describe photographic techniques of moving a light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or space, or to shine light at the camera to 'draw', or by moving the camera itself.

It highlights some of the great camera men of our time and the changes made to cameras to free us from the tripod. Cameras used to be huge and bulky, impossible to move by a single person, let alone carried on a shoulder. French and American filmmakers and technicians were working on the first handheld cameras at the same time, 60 years after their respective countrymen Wright and Lumière invented motion pictures.
Leng Jun (冷军) is an influential Chinese contemporary artist best known for his hyperrealistic paintings and drawings. Born in 1963 in Sichuan, Jun graduated from the fine arts department at the Hankou Branch of Wuhan Normal College in 1984 and currently lives and works in Beijing.
One of the most influential photographers of all time, Henri Cartier-Bresson founded the Magnum agency and is known for the term “the decisive moment.” He believed that any place or event could be captured in one critical moment, and that it is the job of the photographer to discover that moment. I love looking at his photographs. They are truly dynamic. What are your thoughts?
